Star stylist Rachel Zoe exposes her son has been hospitalised after e-bike mishap as she provides plea to parents

Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe is experiencing every moms and dad’s worst nightmare and desires it to be a warning to other parents.

Her 14 -year-old son Skylar was hospitalised after an e-bike crash and shared the details of his injuries in a collection of posts on her Instagram stories

Zoe, 53, that followers could keep in mind from her truth show The Rachel Zoe Task, released an appeal to moms and dads about e-bikes; alerting them of the dangers of the electric bikes which are increasingly preferred right now.

“For any type of moms and dad deciding if they need to obtain a f– king E-BIKE for their kid DO NOT,” she wrote.

“I DID NOT and I am a hard no but Skies was on one and remained in ER for 9 hours … whoever is being pled by a kid to get one difficult NO,” she said.

She went on to discuss his injuries, exposing her boy had wounded his kidney and she’s devastated by the entire occurrence.

“Update: a badly lacerated kidney, a ton of pain and a smashed mum. Not able to laugh or sneeze and 100 tests later on we are still below and I know how much worse this might have been,” she created.

“However to all the parents about to cave on the e-bike do not. Skies will not be on one for as long as I have a say in his life, DIFFICULT NO.”

She went on to say thanks to staff and medical workers dealing with her kid, and included: “Also thank you to the most effective physicians and nurses that do this miracle work 24: 7 you are the heroes.”

The news of her kid’s hospitalisation follows Zoe revealed that she and other half Rodger Berman were separating, after 26 years of marital relationship and 33 years with each other.

“After 33 years together and 26 years wed, Rodger and I have actually involved the shared decision to end our marriage,” a statement read.

“We are incredibly happy with the loving family members we have created and our countless memories with each other.”

The pair went on to say that they will move forward by co-parenting and collaborating with their organizations.

“Our primary priority has actually been and will always be our kids. We are committed to co-parent our young boys and to remain to collaborate within the many organizations we share. We request for privacy during this time around as we browse this brand-new phase.”
